Unlimited Pay: A Chinese story

While the story is mostly about a chinese company - ByteDance Technology. It has an interesting concept of Unlimited Pay. The concept as per me is pretty simple, if you can help make a significant difference to the revenue of the organization, then your paper pay should go out of the window and you should get what you deserve. I feel companies can do alot more with creative pay structures, than what exist as of today.
