Toppr is hiring AVP Sales (5 openings). As AVP, you will head a zone. You will build and manage a team of 120 people and a revenue of Rs. 70 Cr per annum. You will be based out of our headquarters in Bombay but will travel frequently to the cities in your zone. We are looking for people who graduated with an engineering degree, spent 6-8 years working in companies like ITC, HUL, P&G, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Vodafone, Airtel. MBA from top institutes is bonus but not a must. Handsome compensation: Base + attractive variable + equity. Job requires smarts, speed, hustle and empathy.
