Need to measure effectiveness of training programs

We introduce a number of training and development programs for the employees with the conviction that the employee, after acquiring new skills or honing the current, will become more productive and efficient. However, in today’s world, where metrics and benchmark is needed to establish performance indicators, subjective approach towards training and development programs has several limitations. The most famous model is Kirkpatrick Model that has been further modified to elucidate ROI for any training program.The article explains various aspects of model to focus on quantification of training and development.
