How Much You Should Actually Pay Your Startup Employees

Founders of startups deal with a lot of uncertainty due to risk involved in foundation from the scratch and dealing with market unpredictability. While as the policy is that “higher the risk, more the returns” but one size fit for all is not the way of dealing with employees.
